Booking Conditions

A booking deposit of 10% will apply to secure any booking over the value of $500.00 with final payment due 30 days prior to check in. Payment can be made with all major credit cards, cheque and direct deposit. All other incidentals will be charged upon check out.

1st day of stay on any special event will be charged to your credit card 30 days from date of stay, ie. South East Field Days.

Cancellation Policy

Notice (in days) % fee of fare

• 42 days or longer - Lose booking confirmation
• 16-41 days - 20%
• 1-15 days - 50%
• Day of arrival - 100%

Please note:
For all special events and coach/group bookings the cancellation policy is, if notified under 14days, the full ammount of the booking will be charged.
